Custom Bans Menu

Here, you can make your own bans, which will appear in the Nicklist popup, when you have op in the active channel.

You can access the Custom Bans dialog from the Menubar popup, extras-->custom popups and then click on the Bans tab, or using the command /custom and then click the Bans tab.

There are 2 lists: one for the ban's name which will appear in the menu and one for the kick message.

The ban type that will be used is the default ban type that you have set at Setup-->Miscellaneous-->Default ban type. If not set, ban type 2 will be used.

The command used is /ban -k, so any version of mIRC, below 6.12 is incompatible.

To add a ban, type the name in the first editbox in the Add/Edit Area, then type the kick message and click the Add Ban button.

Add/Edit Area: The first editbox is for the ban's name and the second for the kick message.

When you type something in the first editbox, the other editbox gets enabled.

When you finish, click the Add Ban button to add the ban in the lists above.

Edit Name: Click to edit the ban's name, and then click the Apply Changes button below to save changes.

Edit Kick Message: Click to edit the kick message, and then click the Apply Changes button below to save changes.

Remove: When you click this, the selected ban is removed from the list. Changes are not saved until you click the Save Changes button.

So, in case you change your mind, just click the Exit button and re-open the dialog.

Move Up/Move Down: With these buttons you can change the sequence, in which the bans will appear in the menu.

Add Ban: This button will add the ban to the dialog's list. For settings to be saved you have to click the Save Changes button.

Save Changes: Saves the settings.

Cancel: Closes the dialog without saving some settings.

Exit: Closes the dialog and saves some settings.

Help: Opens irc-U's Help (this file).
