Auto Ping

You do a /ping and send the ping reply, to any user that will type !ping or ping me, in any channel you're in.

You set how many requests you will accept, from a user and how many totally, in a specific amount of time, which you will set, also.

If a user exceeds the maximum number of requests, you will ignore him/her for the time period, that you have set.

If the requests exceed the number of total maximum requests, then you will just ignore all other requests and not the users, for the time period, you have set.
