General

All functions, are based on mIRC's Internal Address List (IAL), so it would be good if you would update it, as soon as you join a channel (with the command /who #channel), before you become an operator in any channel (and ignore the prompt for /who #channel of the Clone Kick - by clicking on No; this prompt will appear only if IAL, hasn't got all the channel's users in it).

There's an option to fill the channels' IAL, when you join or get ops in a channel. Find it under Setup-->Miscellaneous
